The Undoctored Protocols target specific health situations that are not fully addressed by the basic “Wild, Naked, and Unwashed” program. Note that these protocols do not stand on their own; they are designed to be added onto the basic Undoctored Wild, Naked, and Unwashed strategies. Failure to follow the basic Undoctored strategies while only following the items in each protocol is a recipe for failure: that is how powerful the basic program can be. Just as with the basic Program, the Protocols should not be incorporated into any Undoctored program or lifestyle without first consulting your physician.

New protocols for conditions not covered at the time of publication of the Undoctored book (such as for Atrial Fibrillation, Arthritis, and SIBO) will be added here.

The Low-Cost Health Insurance Project is part of our mission to lower health insurance costs. Data will be used to design low-cost health insurance policies based on Undoctored's ability to reduce needs for costly drugs and procedures.

The Practitioner Registry helps Members locate health professionals whose practices are consistent with Undoctored principles. Members are encouraged to add health professionals they recommend.
