Posted: 10/1/2024 9:16:51 PM Edited: 10/1/2024 9:54:26 PM (1)   Out of 2 capsules of HU58 Bacillus Subtilis from Microbiome Labs (10 Bilion CPU), 2 tablespoons of Nutricost Organic inulin, 1/4 of Organic half & half. Temperature 106F for 36 hours. Super firm and consistent. Tastes awesome, very delicate without any cheese aftertaste or fizziness (like the Coagulans). Probably one of the best yogurts made so far.
