Posted: 9/16/2017 8:13:06 AM   I’m 47, just had my ct calcium score, came back 104. Have a family history of heart disease, dad had bypass at 60, stints at 63, and now is 75 and healthy. Below are my blood #s.. Total Cholesterol - 174 Triglycerides - 59 HDL- 58 VLDL - 12 LDL - 104 Vitamin D- 49 Testosterone - 660 Have begun researching how to fix the beginning of calcificaiton, and found this site. I exercise 5x per week, am 6’2" 210lbs. Have completed marathons, ironman, and do crossfit. Can someone help me put the right protocol in place to reduce my arterial thickening without statins?
