Here is a YouTube about it.  I used FLAX AND ALMOND flour and it turned out perfectly.

It seems like it may be a little high in calories (but not carbs) if anyone has any ideas for reducing it a bit???

I made this with a bit of soy creamer, it tasted great and enabled the first sandwich I have had in a long time

I did this again yesterday, and was very happy with the result, Made in a square tupperware type, I was able to cut it into two slices and it was very tasty, almost like whole grain wheat.

This bread tastes great - but what exactly is this CarbQuick stuff? It's actually wheat flour and wheat gluten, processed in a different way presumably to remove much of the carbs, but is anyone checking their BG after eating this bread?

I made it this evening. It was very good. I forgot to spray the container with "Pam", but it didn't stick to the plastic. 1 hour post prandial blood sugar in 39 minutes. I'll post.

Today I tried substituting almond milk instead of cream - had to cook it 20 seconds longer, but it came out just fine !

I used the recipe written down by e1701dlf. I baked the bread for 20minutes at 350 degrees F in a fan forced oven and it turned out okay.

Kim I use deeper and wider ones alto it is a glass one about 4-5" diameter 1.5" high. I varied the ingredients under another heading. used hemp protein and ground chia/flax and almond flour.

I accidentally put in 1 teaspoon of baking powder instead of 1/2 and it came out a lot fluffier.  I think I like it better that way.  Try it and see what you think.

We use the Hain Featherweight Baking Powder (potassium rather than sodium).  Will have to see how it works - fluffier would be great!

Yes, these microwaveable quick breads are very easy and nearly foolproof to make, Ag.

I included several in my Wheat Belly Cookbooks almost identical to this.
