Posted: 5/6/2026 12:27:24 PM   Asking for a friend! Well, actually, asking for my husband! His diet isn’t awful, but he does love having a Coke with his meals. I have a little bit of grapefruit juice fermenting right now and thought that might be a good thing to mix with some plain soda water. Any other ideas for the husb? Good substitutes for super sugary drinks? He wants to make a change. And also hi I am new and I am loving everything so far!! I can’t make the live meetings right now because of dance class but hopefully when Daylight Saving Time ends. If you see me on the call in the next few months it means I skipped class, lol.  So excited to geek out about all of this stuff with y’all! Already chomping down some yogurt and got a family member off nattokinase. Thank you for that, Dr. Davis!
