Posted: 4/1/2026 11:03:09 AM   I feel I am doing all the right things for non-grain diet and supplements yet my HDL is too low and my TG are too high. My last Calcium CT was 9. I used to have much better numbers. What else can I do to prevent heart disease? Tags:
