Before starting the SIBO protocol, I took 225 billion CFU of Visbiome GI Care every morning two hours before eating. This regimen, plus taking enzymes when eating, kept me at a tolerable level of gut dysbiosis. 

I stopped taking the Visbiome when I started the SIBO protocol about 10 days ago and I have become increasingly miserable and bloated. Would it be harmful to the SIBO protocol results if I resumed taking the Visbiome?

I fermented Visbiome at 102 and it turned out great.  I take 4 Tb with breakfast.  I take SIBO yogurt with dinner.
