I’ve had the same problem with the ultimate yogurt maker. Set to 97 and it was 105 this morning making Reuteri yogurt!:(  What brand is yours?

I am only testing with 1 jar. Could be why. If it works like a fridge, this is why. I will test again tomorrow with all 8 jars in there. It’s called Sokany. A Chinese cheap one lol
