Posted: 3/6/2025 1:47:09 PM   Good evening Dr. Davis, my best friend got the diagnosis ADHS some years ago. Since that, she developed all symptoms: bad sleep, Hashimoto, not able to concentrate, being impulsive and huge problems with her gut. I am now wondering, 🤔 if you t could be a help for her, to start with eating no grains and the supergut Programm. I did send her some information about it but she was so overwhelmed by it, she directly said no. I am a bit sad about that.
