Quick ???
So living in Cedar / Hill Country Texas cedar is driving me crazy at the moment, especially added my normal histamine reaction to damn near everything I eat what is the negatives to taking Zyrtec or Allegra.
And WOW the list of Inactive ingredients looks more like a highschool chemistry set than a "medicine"

Do you mean you have hay fever?

You might already know this, but dairy can make you congested.

When I have congestion, I take guifinesin (Mucinex).
