Posted: 1/29/2025 7:47:28 AM   Question on supplement timing  I generally eat the Yogurt in the morning and take the kelp in the evening. I also eat a Brazil Nut (selenium) in the morning  with the Omega 3, Vit D3 & Astaxanthin. I have seen info about taking  selenium with the kelp?? My questions are what is the wait period between Kelp and Yogurt? Does it really matter if you take selenium & kelp separate?  Is there any reason to separate Brazil Nuts and the yogurt? Tags:
