Posted: 12/26/2023 7:50:00 AM Edited: 12/26/2023 8:39:49 PM (3)   Hi, On week 5 of Super Gut book, eating 1/2 cup each of Reuteri, Shirota, and Vital Flora yogurt.  After about 6 days started feeling lethargic / dopy,  Is this a normal reaction?      No SIBO symptoms at start, as listed in book.
