Posted: 8/30/2023 3:12:05 PM   I do a lot of online grocery shopping looking for something to eat that I will enjoy. So I buy foods that look interesting. My cupboard is stocked with foods I do not eat. My fridge is also stocked with foods I have no idea what to do with and are slowly dying away. After decades of low-carb eating, I am tired of plain protein/vegetable meals. I dislike cooking so the recipe section holds no appeal for me. And I have no ideas. So when I am hungry and desperate, I order in from local restaurants. Their menus are not on-program. I just tried to put together lunch and scoured the pantry and fridge for ideas. None surfaced. I envy those of you who are creative-minded about food. I am just feeling sorry for myself. Thanks for listening. Tags: cooking
