Posted: 7/29/2023 3:01:41 PM Back to Top   My understanding is that RBC levels of minerals most accurately reflect tissue levels, which tell us what we’re hanging on to. Serum levels tell us what’s flowing in our blood, which matter, of course, but don’t always tell us quite enough. Tags:
