I had sleep paralysis when I was younger. I’m happy to report that the yogurt didn’t bring it back.

Regular consumption of LR+Yakult yogurt brings hot flashes for me during the night. If I don’t consume it everyday I sleep better.

One thing for sure makes the sleep really enjoyable - Happy Gut❣️
