The Forum Editor has been upgraded to provide support for the upload and insertion of SVG file format images.  The SVG file format is newer format compared to standard JPG, PNG, and GIF file types commonly in use.  Note that SVG is a "vector" format that can be made larger and smaller without loss of resolution but not a good choice for images required great detail.  Also, note that, as a newer image format, it may not be supported by your browser.  As such, if you upload an SVG image, it is not guaranteed to display on older browsers.  Below is an example of an SVG image of a Facebook logo that I stretched to over 4 times its original size before inserting it.  It is almost infinitely "stretchable" yet small in file size.  It works well as an SVG vector image because it does not require the level of detail needed in a photograph.
