I use marine collagen ,as reccomended by Dr. D; you need less of it than the other forms.

If it mixes easily,you can add it to any drinks,including hot or add it to a smoothie

I used Great Lakes for a long time but switched to Anthony’s grass fed because it’s quite a bit cheaper. 
I put it in my coffee. I don’t notice any taste, but I do feel something is slightly missing if I leave it out.
