I already use good quality extra virgin olive oil. Thanks for those break downs of the other oils. I guess I should have been clear that I’m looking for any oil that isn’t animal fat, so the relative percentages shouldn’t really matter

I thought saturated and animal-based fats were considered good choices on this forum. This is confusing to say the least.
I personally would stay with avocado oil for cooking because it has a far higher smoke point then olive oil.
