I followed the recommendation to use Mag Citrate daily, and I am so happy with it. Good to know I can continue to use it for benefits.

Yes Lorne, it is the only form of magnesium I have tried which gives me zero issues. I will also try the mag hydroxide with carbonated water as Dr D says this is the most absorbable and citrate a lot is expelled out.

Thanks Bob.  I have tried powders and I just can’t do the taste.

Glad to have this confirmed as ok to continue.  I wasn’t sure if it was the ugly step child of mag.
