Posted: 11/14/2022 7:17:50 PM Back to Top   Old school cooks used gelatin or egg yolk. It takes some practice. I sprinkle a bit of xanthan gum in; I keep it in an old spice jar and sprinkle it like salt. I’m really sensitive to thickeners but haven’t had a problem with this one. Tags:
