Posted: 8/30/2022 5:21:48 PM Back to Top   I tried fermenting Sugar Shift with organic grass-fed 1/2 & 1/2 at 90 degrees for 36 hours.  After refrigeration, about 1/2 was whey and the rest was like cottage cheese. Is that normal? Any suggestions? Tags: yogurt sugar shift

Posted: 10/6/2022 2:16:03 PM Back to Top   I made Sugar Shift progurt with 1 capsule, 2 TBL inulin & 1 Quart 1/2 & 1/2.  100* for 42 hours. Sutek maker, jars in a water bath.  Turned out perfect, creamy, no whey, not as tart as the L.reuteri. Tags: Sugar Shift
