Ideally, you consume fermented foods several times per day or with every meal. Fermented foods are likely the best strategy of all to "mold" microbiome composition, even more important than taking a commercial probiotic.

Does using pepto bismol occassionaly mess up the biome?
I’m currently eating cheese (one carb worth) at every meal. Also for lunch and dinner I have about 1 carb worth of cottage cheese or sour cream (full fat). Is that too much dairy?

I asked for an NMR, but was never told I got the Cardio Iq. I had to ask.
Where do I find info to get the test or tests I need to accurately compare to program markers?

I remember reading in the Wheat Belly book that eating fruit was acceptable as long as you stay within the 15 carbs per meal guideline. Is my thinking correct here?
