Magnesium Citrate works, but I use it as a last resort. I also use Lactulose. 
i have made two batches of the SINO yogurt and making my third now. I’m hoping that could help with this problem.

Thank you so much for the tips. I just had symptoms and drank a 1/4 bottle of magnesium citrate. Had the super yogurt for dessert.

I agree with the magnesium, which really helps my sister (who was slow moving for years and years) and Dad. Magnesium glycinate.

I also drink 8 oz of water right when I get up every morning.  Helps get things moving.
