Can you reverse rheumatoid
arthritis with a diet? Absolutely!
Carol shared her photos and story of her Wheat
Belly success in both losing weight and in reversing rheumatoid arthritis:

initial trigger for autoimmunity, the gliadin protein of wheat. She has
also removed the abnormally increased intestinal permeability permitted
by the gliadin that allows bacterial components such as lipopolysaccharide
to enter the bloodstream and trigger inflammation. She has also removed
the exceptionally inflammatory protein, wheat germ agglutinin. It all
adds up to dramatic reversal of autoimmune inflammation.
