I am confused by the "1 cup whey protein" ingredient. I thought whey protein was a no-no. Does this recipe need to be updated? Thank you, Debi

Had this without the chocolate , is this putting on weight as I had two and I’m a half a pound heavier and I need to lose weight for conditions?
