Posted: 3/28/2022 6:29:21 PM Back to Top   My Gourmia went crazy, almost started a fire. I would not buy that brand. I now have a Dash sous vide but I am not confident of its ability to precisely manage temperatures.  The Anova stick sous vide is indeed a good choice. Tags:
