It was very easy and took only a 1/2 hour and the stress was chemically induced. No sweat or gym clothes.  However, as this is my first, I am having a hard with the results. Any insight isappreciated. Fear I am heading for stent or surgery.  "Study Result Impression 1. This study is abnormal. There is mild intensity reversible ischemia in portions of the anteroseptal and inferoseptal wallson static image data sets. 2. Moderate coronary artery calcification in the LAD territory. A formal calcium score was not obtained. 3. Hypokinesis of the anteroseptal and inferoseptal walls during peak pharmacological stress not present at rest with adecline in ejection fraction from 61% at rest to 52% during peak stress. 4. Diminished quantitative myocardial blood flow and myocardial flow reserve in the LAD and right coronary arteryterritories as compared to the left circumflex. Quantitative myocardial blood flow and flow reserve in the left circumflexdistribution are in the normal range. 5. Nonischemic pharmacological stress electrocardiogram 6. On the raw image data sets there are prominent venous collaterals noted in the left upper chest wall both at rest andunder peak pharmacological stress. This is confirmed on the fused image data sets combining both transmission andemission imaging data." "CLINICAL RESPONSE: Baseline: Heart rate: 67 beats per minute. Blood pressure: 121/76 mmHg Aft er Regadenoson injection: Heart rate: 81 beats per minute. At the end of Regadenoson injection: Blood pressure: 118/57 mmHg ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC FINDINGS: Baseline electrocardiogram shows normal sinus rhythm. The patient did not complain of chest pain but noted flushing anddyspnea.. With pharmacological stress the patient had no diagnostic ST segment depression. Conclusion: This is a nonischemic pharmacological stress electrocardiogram." "PET/CT FINDINGS: Rest/Stress left ventricular myocardial perfusion images demonstrate mild intensity reversible ischemia in the anteroseptaland inferoseptal possibly in both the LAD and right coronary artery territories.. Gated images show hypokinesis of the anteroseptal and inferoseptal walls during peak pharmacological stress. No restingregional wall motion abnormalities are present... Left Ventricular Ejection fraction: Rest : 61%. Stress: 52% TID: 0 91 SSS: 16 SRS:5 Quantitative analysis - Rest and Stress myocardial blood flow shows reduced perfusion in the LAD and right coronary artery distribution asmeasured by peak stress and myocardial flow reserve in compared to flow in the left circumflex. Quantitatively myocardialblood flow is normal in the left circumflex territory.. MBF (stress) MBF (rest) MFR LAD 1.7 0.9 1.89 LCx 2.20 0.91 2.42 RCA 1.43 0.79 1.80 Global 1.77 0.88 2.00 *MBF [mL/g/min] Additional CT Findings: Moderate calcification of the LAD." Tags:
