The only strategies I know of are those detailed in the Undoctored Protocol for Osteopenia/Osteoporosis, as well as the big advantage of adding L. reuteri yogurt that boosts oxytocin that, in turn, preserves bone density.

Got it ... I got her the BioGaia Osfortis as she is not ready to make the yogurt. Pending C. Diff resolution before back on PRObiotics.  thx
