Excellent. Thanks so much for the quick answer. I just wanted to make sure the Schiff would multiply, even if just a little bit, and wouldn’t get completely dwarfed by the temperature and possibly the Shirota competition

Personally, I’d much rather know down to the strain level what is in a batch of sauerkraut or fermented zucchini for example that I make myself

My yogurt maker only goes to 104 degrees F, not 120.  Would I get more B. Coagulans CFUs by starting with more than 2 tablespoons from the previous batch, perhaps 4 tablespoons?
