Earlier today, an internal server error interrupted access to the Inner Circle website.  Our service provider restored everything from backups and restarted our server to restore service.

Unfortunately, the data tables were restored from a February 2nd backup due to concerns over data integrity in the February 3rd and 4th backups.  This caused a data loss in any new or updated membership data as well as loss of Forum posts on the 3rd and 4th.  We are in the process of attempting to recover this data and will update as much of the data as we are able over the weekend.

Finally, the data table restoration gap also resulted in double billings for Members with renewal dates on the 3rd and 4th of the month.  However, our audit process has already identified these errors and refunded the additional charges.  If you should see a double billing on your statement check to see if you have also received a credit for the additional charge.

If you feel you were affected by any of the above, please contact us via email at contact.innercircle@undoctored.com and we can immediately facilitate Member data restoration or issue a credit if necessary.
