Please tell us the conclusion.... I don’t have 3 hours... my experience- I love melatonin... 5 milligrams and I’m sleeping fine... if I use it too often I developed night sweats.

When I used melatonin before, I bought a milligram scale to dose it. Spoons are too hard to measure accurately, especially when dosing amount changes. They’re okay after an amount becomes what you use regularly.
