I woke up this morning with pain at the base of my neck on the right side, close to my right shoulder blade. It is intermitent. It’s there for 1 minute or less & then goes away to start all over again. I feel slightly nauseous when it hurts.

I remember having this type of discomfort before.  At that time I took a homeopathic Remedy called “ Ileocecal Valve Detox” by King Bio Natural  Medicine & It went away.  I can’t recall if my Funcional  Medicine Dr. told me to take that or if I just did my own research & came up with it.  I seem to remember that I had similar discomfort when I was a child as well

I have not eaten or done anything diffferent in the past few days.

Dr. Davis, could this pain & discomfort be related to the Ileocecal Valve? 

I seem to be burping a lot as well.
