The latest refinement to my adherence to the WB protocol was to increase Fish Oil to 5200 mg epa/dha per day. I also started the magnesium water regimen. After a couple month of compliance, I had my blood drawn.

7/23/2020 10/30/2020
Small LDL-P 650 nmol/L 222 nmol/L
LDL-P 1711nmol/L 1679nmol/L
LPa  191nmol/L 196nmol/L
TSH 3.94ulu/ml 1.74ulu/ml
Free T3 2.3pg/ml 2.3pg/ml
Free T4 1.3ng/ml 1.14ng/ml
TPO ab 249iu/ml 244iu/ml
ThyroGlob <1.0iu/ml <1.0iu/ml
HGBA1c 5.3% 5.5%
Random Insulin --- 4.8ulu/ml (range 2.6-24.9)
Glucose 98mg/dl 104mg/dl
VitD25Hyd 55.3ng/ml 66.1ng/ml
Mag RBC 5.0mg/dl 5.4mg/dl

I was hopeful to move the LDL-P number more aggressively, however it was only a couple month with the increase in omega 3. But the small LDL-P really moved in a short period. Is that expected with the increase in fish oil?
I’ll press on with the regimen and recheck in 8 months or so.

That is actually an unexpectedly large drop from fish oil, Timm.

You are approaching an ideal value for small LDL-P of 200 nmol/L or less.

I update my original post with additional tests. Thyroid numbers did move with the increase of Liothyronnine SOD from 5mcg to 10mcg daily. But I think an additional 3-5 mcg more may be in order to bring TSH at or below 1.

Interesting point on dose timing. I did not take the meds on the previous lab. This most recent lab I did take meds prior to the blood draw, but in includes the increase in t3 by 5mcg. More n=1 testing needed!

I will take a look at dosage timing. To date I have just avoided eating within 30 minutes of taking my daily dose. I have not considered splitting the dosage to morning and evening. Does WB suggest guidance on thyroid dosage before labs?
