I figured I’d start a sleep thread. I’m wondering what everybody’s experience has been before and/or since starting the Undoctored program. Mine wasn’t that good to be honest a few months back, but I think I’ve made some improvements. I try to get morning light exposure and restrict blue light, and too an extent other light as much as possible at night. I believe those two things together have made the biggest difference for myself and seem to increase my drowsiness at night. Without plenty of morning light exposure, I don’t seem to get as strong of a sleep signal (drowsiness) at night.
I believe as other aspects of health, sleep shouldn’t be a struggle and we should wake up ready to get at the day. Some people I believe have reported here that prebiotic fiber has caused them to have deeper sleep and more vivid dreams. What have all your experiences been in particular? Do you fall asleep effortlessly and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to face the day or do you still struggle with sleep on the program?

I still have to get up multiple times a night even with cpap machine.
