Fermented one capsule of Megasporebiotic in half-gallon of A2 milk for 36 hours, with 2 tbs inulin. Thick, properly sour, and tastes like yogurt. One capsule contains 2 billion total CFU from five spore probiotics. The Microbiome Labs website describes all the benefits. The yogurt would seem to be suitable as a multi-species probiotic for treatment of SIBO, leaky gut, endotoxemia, et. al. Fortunately, I don’t seem to have any gut dysbiosis, but I may consume 1 tbs per day to see if I can sense any benefit otherwise. I may try fermenting the next batch for 48 hours. Dr Danenberg recommends Megasporebiotic.

When I did spore biotic fermentation it turned into a thick heavy cheesy pungent flavor
