Hi,

Recently during hot weather I consumed (4) Lakefront New Grist beers (certified gluten free) over as many days.   Waking on day 5 I had noticeable pain in my right hand that must feel like arthritic pain.    The only food change I made was the beer (usually drink red wine).  Does this make any sense?

So fermenting these substances still leaves bad actors in the beer?   I wonder after being off grains for so long why I become so sensitive to re-exposure.   Is this like building a drug tolerance?
