I have recently added magnesium water to my regimen. I have only been through 2.5 weeks of consumption of the mg water but I have seen a dramatic change in postprandial BG. It is a rare day that my postp BG is below 105 or so, now it seems every time I check with a finger pick I’m showing 80’s and 90’s. Is this too quick an association?
I’m using the soda stream with 1 treaspoon bulk supplement magnesium hydroxide per liter bottle. Approximately 415mg elemental magnesium/per cup, once per day.

In December 2019 my Magnesium RBC was 5.0mg/dl, ref range 4.2-6.8. I believe I should have requested a serum magnesium instead of RBC.
