Ideally have your status measured in a 25-hydroxy Vitamin D test (we aim for 60 to 70 ng/mL). Use an oil-based gel cap or liquid. Venkat: It is confusing how they label it - correct we are taking 3 tablets total per day, spread out to reach the 400 to 500 mark. It is about the elemental magnesium, not the total weight that is listed on the front.

It seems there are NO, absolutely none, milk of magnesia products that do not have sodium hypochlorite. I’ve looked high and low. Does anyone have any info about a bleach-free MofM product? Thanks, James

Please disregard my above post. I’ve now read up on the bulk magnesium hydroxide alternative and I’m going that route.

Nordic Naturals is fine - just check the EPA and DHA amounts and the serving size to know how much you should take.
