Please have a look at these numbers and make any comments you wish.
I’m pretty disappointed in the small ldl in particular as I have been assiduouly avoiding carbs for the last month thinking that was the secret sauce. Apparently not as these are higher than I have had in at least a year. I’ve been pretty carnivorous focusing on beef and salmon every day. These numbers are off after sessation of atorvastatin/pitavastatin that have worked well for me in the past and on Gemfibrozil, a fibrate taken to activate my ppar alpha in the liver. sldl size is (barely) in the Phenotype A category. I’m looking for suggestions as to the next strategy. I’m thinking more fish oil.
Some good news: 2/27/17 my cac was 560
3/24/20 it is less than 800.
That computes to a 13%/year growth over 3 years.
Also the fasting insulin and c-peptide seem healthy and the fasting insulin * glucose gives a homa-ir of .8
I’m also pleased to see all the magnesium water and glycinate seems to finally doing some good.
