It also counted towards total hydration and in my mind was a twofer as I try to take in half my body weight in ounces of water a day.   However, with sourcing being an issue and with commerce adding bleach to MOM we as a collective need an inexpensive, sustainable alternative and the natural elemental is for me usually the go to.  With that, I use this brand at night.  https://easemagnesium.com/cb/ease/?hop=marynature price is high, but only 3-4 squirts.....but when you make your own and put in a spray bottle with hand squeeze bottle it is very affordable. Spray sore areas direct, and use it when getting a massage.  It is labeled an oil, but it is actually chalky and can make you itch and turn slightly red upon the first few applications.  Onward Undoctored Soldiers and get over the initial and you will find it ceases.  You can see the efficacy for yourself in the above studies.  I was getting Labcorp Mg RBC returns in excess of 7mg/dL. Keep an eye on your kidney outputs and be careful if creatinine is over 1.2.  Titrate slow in small areas and expand.  I want a spray booth for Mg Oil and Vit C to be made one day.  Until then I use the pump bottle.
