Hi All,

A few years before I entered the undoctored program , I  tried a low carb diet and I noticed that my usually heavy ear wax production was drastically reduced.     Once again, now that I’m naked and unwashed (LOL,)   I notice my ear wax production is very much reduced and no longer an issue.

I have heard arterial soft  plaque described as a "waxy" substance.    Is there a connection between the two?   I hope so, as it would point to much improved arterial health.  Is there any clinical evidence of the relationship?

No, no relationship, Dave.

However, many people who are consuming the L. reuteri yogurt experience an increase in ear wax due to the increase in sebum production also responsible for moister skin and hair.
