Until the next one anyway it was fantastic. I love the summertime, from my garden and super market, organic when possible and a snap to make. 45 min PPBG=96.

Ingredients:
Homegrown - cherry tomato, purple bell pepper, purslane.
Storebought - leaf lettuce, radish, cucumber, pepperoncini, sardines, bacon, 2 mini Babybel’s, Calif evoo, squeezed lime, salt.

Well, good luck with that. Strict carni for a week as an elimination diet? Or is it a true fast?

Yeah it was sooo good and the purslane grows every year in the beds without having to plant it, I could weed it out but why it’s jam packed with nutrients and delicious too. I do cull some but let enough grow to have for salads or snacks.
