I’m over 80% confident my sister has SIBO and/or SIFO. Her recent history shouts it. A perhaps complicating factor is she had a fairly large hiatal hernia, now repaired with I believe an Nissen fundoplication.  Right now, funds are tight regarding the Aire device so I’m going to recommend testing with inulin - 2 tablespoons on an empty tummy, watch for indications. She noted she has not used inulin in quite a while.  I plan to recommend Candibactin-AR and Candibactin-BR (Metagenics) if there is any indication. I’m almost defaulting to saying just do it.

Fairly sound thinking?
Where do I find the best process - take what when ... I quickly get lost in the easily 1,000 SIBO posts :-)
