If anyone has experienced extreme itchiness with no rash (just skin tags and occasional raised mole-like bumps), to the extent of not being able to sleep, PLEASE RESPOND. I’m miserable; in fact, have caved and started taking anti-inflammatory OTC drugs again.  It’s ruining my life.  Plus: I’m still chubby!  I might be easier about this if I at least had lost my 10 pounds; instead, I have gained and have a huge, hard, bloated wheat belly.  It’s easy to say "it’s just de-tox" when you’re getting a good night’s sleep and not scratching yourself raw (just sayin’ . . . )  I’m getting ready to spend my entire discretionary budget for July on seeing an allergist/specialist, that’s how desperate I’ve become.  My husband is making some demands on me about this.  Can it be SIBO/SIFO, since everything else seems to be?  It has not helped to do the elimination diet, dairy/eggs/etc.  I still have trouble with prebiotics, so assume it’s SIBO. Do not have an AIRE device and can’t afford one right now. I am taking probiotics twice a day, which I guess are magically handling their area of expertise, but I can’t tell a difference on the itchiness.  Thanks!

Yes, it can be SIBO. You only need the Aire device if you don’t know whether you’ve cleared yet. Your symptoms tell you that you need to deal with SIBO, so no Aire needed. Your skin is one path your body uses to detox. Get started.
