Posted: 7/11/2020 7:01:27 PM Edited: 7/13/2020 11:10:32 AM (1)   A call to action thereby not only can we help ourselves who should know better what to eat but we can bring awareness to the powers that be that we are not going to take it anymore and we want the people that are not able to help themselves to be given better choices. The guidelines are evaluated every 5 yrs and the "nutrition committee" assigned (a stacked deck I’m sure) will determine whether they need to be modified or not. Apparently "low carb" doesn’t get much of a look at and ketchup is considered a veg so there is a lot of room for improvement.
