Given I have had hand skin inflammation like itchiness and flaking and cracking (started back in Feb 2020), I started Cinnamon Bark Oil about a month ago.  It is more prevalent now, the flaking and cracked knuckles (I was taking Oregano Oil and Curcumin supplement well before that).   I have no ileo-cecal valve,  no ascending colon, no appendix, and 42 cm chopped off end of small intestine.   So I blow H2 all the time because that valve is gone but handle probiotics and and challenge test fine.  I eat very low carb (<15 grams per meal).  I am getting frustrated with the hand inflammation as I thought it would be gone now especially with sunny weather.   Any thoughts?  -- Dan

Addendum: I have the worst genetics to remove mold per Dr Shoemaker so on his protocol I used CSM Pure Powder, like drinking sand, for almost 2 years before I passed the VCS test and now onto VIP Nasal Spray.

Topical creams (fungal and cortisol) work for awhile but no solution.   Will let it run its course and hopefully resolve.  Regular doctors would be no help.
