Which supplements should I blame for acne? For few months I have very persistent acne in armpits & groin. Where should I put my suspicion?
1. Two scoops of collagen in my morning coffee.
2. MCT powder and Acacia.
3. Cocoa powder.
4. Too much vitamin D...I have 25 hiddroxy over 80.
5. Too much magnesium water.
6. Low iron of 71.
7. Kelp with 400 iodine.
8. Fish oil.
9. Brazilian nuts. 2-3 /day
10. Lr yogurt.

Best  Regards ,
??

Certainly your psoriasis wouldn’t have been noticeable under that fantastic thick coat of hair
