Posted: 6/6/2020 3:17:27 PM   6/6/20:  Started today with Candibactin AR/BR.  No titrate, just as directed on the bottle.  I am not going to delay thinking i am going to get a baseline or an aire machine,etc.  Just jumping in.  Activated Charcoal and Bentonite Clay and 60mg fast acting diltiazem if i start into tach as PRN’s Easy strategy:   1) Two (2) weeks AR/BR, Essential Oils 2) One (1) week Either Candex or Digest Gold, probably Digest Gold, combined with Artemisinin, Essential OIls 3) One (1) week Attogram system using psyllium/collodial bentonite/capryalic acid 4) Repeat for 3 cycles then test. Golden Milk daily, sometimes twice,  with 50% coconut milk, no sugar, 50% half/half, 2 inch chunk of ginger, 400mg curcumin, cinnamon, 2-3 inch chunk from stick of Kerry Gold butter unsalted, blended to latte  still need to bring fish oil on, vit D and iodine are locked and just needing them to load to level.  Will also resume boron more than likely Will test monthly with aire when I get one and will have GI maps along the way. Wanted to get baselines, but life and time seems to be sliding, so no more delays. More BM’s today than usual, wondering if the stores in my head are dropping because I have no idea where all of this matter is coming from.  appetite is checked and finding it funny!  3 trips and its 4pm  lol  could be the mag water i increased a bit..... I hope I can get this in order in 3 months with layering back in a good prebiotic mix, in tandem with a broad spectrum probiotic, formalized to my GI maps and other diagnostics, then 2-3 times a year do a 30 day, and keep juking the GI until whatever diagnostics can be run start to hold and thrive.
