For ’whoever that can help me’,

I am in my forties. I have been diagnosed with fatty liver for many years (through ultrasound). I do not drink alcohol in my whole life. Below is a list of figures popped up during my Jan 2020 medical checkup ( figure in the bracket suggest normal range by the lab):

Total Cholesterol: 251mg/dl ( < 200)
Triglyceride: 21 mg/dl ( < 150)
HDL Cholesterol: 124 mg/dl  ( > 40)
LDL Cholesterol:  123mg/dl ( < 100)
Non-HDL Cholesterol 127mg / dl  ( < 130)

GGT 40 U/L ( < 51)
AST 22 U/L ( < 41)
ALT 28 U/L ( < 51)

Blood pressure (now): 102 / 62

Below is a list of other information that you may find it helpful:
1. I have been underweight all my life. I am 1.65m tall, but currently weight a mere 43 kg ( I weight  around 45 kg most of my life). Eat a lot but could not put on weight. Rice is my daily staple. High carb consumption, I know.
2. I suffer shortness of breath
3. have sleeping issues. Fall to sleep easily but typically get up after 4-5 hours and take me a long  time to sleep afterwards, if at all possible.
4. I stressed up easily. Shortness of breath tend to be the result
5. Coronary heart disease runs in my family. My father, my paternal grandma, auntie, uncle and many of my cousins from my father side  have heart disease.
6. I once tried on a fish oil supplement for 3 months. The Triglyceride dropped to 18 mg/dl , my all time low. And I got to stop it. I felt dizzy.
6. I notice my dad who suffer from heart disease, also have an extreme high HDL and reasonable level of Triglyceride.

My blood test figures appear to be ’normal’, and contrary to the common indicators for fatty liver disease (overweight, elevated liver enzyme, high blood pressure, etc). I wish to know,  how should I best approach this Undoctored Protocol to counteract fatty liver, and heart disease that runs in my family?

Many thanks for your patience to read my message.

Also I thank you in advance for your time and any knowledge to share with me.

Regards,
Charlotte
