I used to avoid them... even though I love cauliflower... in his book dr. Davis said that we should eat them freely and not to worry... they will not have an effect overT3.

If you are supplementing iodine, the purported "anti-thyroid" effects of cruciferous vegetables are a non-issue, Ram. 

Cruciferous vegetables are healthy for many reasons, so it would be a shame to avoid or minimize.
